We welcome new members to our Roopu
Membership is from September to September. You are welcome to come for 3 free paddling sessions with us to give it a go. To renew your membership or join please complete the online registration form (button below). The link will open our google form in a new tab. From 2025 we will be including the national affiliation fee as part of our roopu fee rather than optional.
Private waka storage:
There is limited storage for private waka and from September 2024 we will be allocating storage by means of application. Please fill in the waka storage application form to put your case forward for consideration.
Fees for private waka storage are $120 (within locked compound) or $80 on external racks, per year.

| Associate Membership | For those who are members of another Waka Ama club and want to also be a member of this one – the fee is half of the normal fee as above. | $50 up to 69 years – $20 for over 70 years | Not required if already paid with other club – otherwise at above rate |
| Temporary Membership | For those who are joining the club for a one-off race and are not members of another club. | $17 | Fee is paid to NKOA |
